简介 INTRODUCTION
多层金属烧结网,是用多层不锈钢金属丝网经过特殊叠层压制,采用真空烧结而成的具有较高强度 及整体钢性的一种新型过滤材料。其各层丝网的网孔相互交错,从而形成一种均一而理想的过滤结 构,使得该材料具备普通金属丝网所不能媲美的优点,例如强度高、钢性好、网孔形状稳定等。由于 能够对材料的空隙大小、渗透性能和强度进行合理的匹配与设计,从而使其具有优良的过滤精度、过 滤阻抗、机械强度、耐磨性、耐热性和被加工性,综合性能明显优于其它类型的过滤材料。
